As they say in real estate: "It's location, location, location." It may not be beachfront property but if American founding father, George Washington was right about Barbados back in the 18th. century when he visit that "There are several Risings in the Island, one above the other, so that scarecely any part is deprived of a beautiful Prospect of both Sea and Land."
