"Against my expectations, the patches of psoriasis became less angry and less visible within days. They were, of course, helped by the Barbados sun, but the exfoliation and rehydration seemed to help. Or maybe it was the "medicinal" rum punches and the seafood and vegetable diet. Spa Spy's revitalised face was commented on by friends, and the rest of her skin took on the required healthy glow within days. Sadly, however, there was no prevention for that other affliction – Stupid Snorkeller's Burnt Back..."
